# Anki Alternative for Mac: An App Like Anki

Canonical page: https://macbase.app/alternatives/anki

Flashcard app that uses spaced repetition to schedule reviews, so you remember what you study.

Anki is free on the Mac, but its plain look and many settings put some people off. Alternatives offer a native Mac design, ready-made decks, cards made from your notes or PDFs, or simpler review sessions that need no setup.
