Floating shelf for dragging files into, collecting them, then moving, sharing or uploading them.

If you want a shelf that does more with your files, or something smaller and free, alternatives vary. Some live in the menu bar, some wait at the edge of the screen, and others add uploads, actions and clipboard history.
