## About

CaughtShipping is a menu bar app for people who want a clear end to the workday. Set a Curfew, and it watches selected work apps when they remain in the foreground after cutoff. A grace countdown gives time to close them; missing it records a fall and resets the streak, but the app never blocks, force-quits, or locks anything.

The free plan includes live countdowns, streaks, a local seven-day Reports window, and public Wall of Rest accountability. Optional Rested reports add all-history usage views, weekly report cards, and one automatic pardon each month for $9.99 per month with a seven-day trial. CaughtShipping runs on macOS and Windows and collects only the activity data described in its privacy policy.
