## About

Rooster is a Mac video editor you edit like a document. Record yourself, your screen or both, and Rooster writes out every word you said. Delete a sentence from the text and it's gone from the video. Clear out the ums and long pauses in one go, and add captions in a couple of clicks - no timeline skills needed.

It's made for people who talk to camera: tutorials, product demos, course lessons, YouTube videos and updates for your team. Record, read through what you said, cut the bits you don't want, and export.

Rooster is built for Apple silicon, so transcription, editing and export run on your Mac and stay quick. It also includes a teleprompter, Studio Voice to clean up your sound, Eye Contact, green screen, titles, B-roll, music that ducks under your voice, and exports for video, audio, transcripts and captions.

Try the whole app free for 14 days - no card, no account.
