## About

SubDL Desktop searches the SubDL catalogue, matches subtitles to video filenames or release names, and saves them next to the video. Drop a single file, a season, or a movie folder to download subtitles in languages arranged by priority, ready for VLC, Plex, or Jellyfin.

Search and catalogue downloads work without an account and remain free. Paid SubDL plans add AI translation, while Pro and higher plans can transcribe audio after confirmation. The macOS app is a public preview with local download history and support for Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
