Notes & Knowledge · 1 alternative for Mac
Built into macOS: keeps text, checklists, tables and attachments in notes that sync through iCloud.
Apple Notes is free, already on your Mac, and fine for everyday notes. People look elsewhere for Markdown, links between notes, better tagging and search, or notes they can open on Windows and Android too.
