AMW Suite

AMW Suite runs your whole business from one screen: a CRM with pipelines, calling, texting, WhatsApp and email, follow-up sequences, proposals, document signing, a help desk, client portals, and website forms and pop-ups. It replaces the 10–15 tools most businesses pay for separately. The Mac app puts the whole Suite in its own window. You get notifications for new messages, support tickets and proposal activity, and an unread count on the Dock icon. Ari, the Suite's AI assistant, opens from anywhere with one keystroke to answer questions, draft replies and look up customers without switching windows. Every call, text, email, ticket and proposal is saved under the customer's name, so anyone on your team can pick up where someone else left off. The AI team drafts the routine work, and nothing goes out until someone on your team approves it. The app updates itself and installs the update when you restart. An AMW Suite account is required.
