About Shyo
Shyo keeps private apps, notifications and desktop clutter out of your screen shares, while you still see everything. You share a window called "Shyo" instead of your whole screen: a live copy of your Mac with your chats, notifications, Desktop files, Dock, menu bar and wallpaper left out. It works with window sharing in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Discord, Webex, Loom and OBS.
It's made for demos, client calls, classes and presentations. Notes with a teleprompter, and sites like ChatGPT and Claude, open inside Shyo and stay visible only to you. The Privacy Curtain covers what viewers see with your own message, from one shortcut.
When an app starts using your microphone, Shyo gets the "Shyo" window ready, so it's there the moment you click Share. Everything happens on your Mac: nothing is recorded or uploaded.
