MacMetra: System Monitor
CPU, RAM and thermal state in your menu bar

About MacMetra: System Monitor
MacMetra is a system monitor that lives in your menu bar. There is no Dock icon and no main window: the readings stay where you can always see them, and a dashboard is one click away.
In the menu bar it shows CPU, RAM and the system's own thermal state in one compact item. You pick which of the three appear, and in what order.
The dashboard has five cards. CPU shows total load as a ring, split into user, system and idle, with a plain band from Low to High. Memory shows used and free memory in gigabytes, plus the memory pressure macOS reports. Storage shows the space left on your startup disk against its size. Thermal shows the system's four-step thermal state: Good, Fair, High or Max. Power shows whether the Mac is charging or on battery, the charge level, the time to a full charge and whether Low Power Mode is on.
It runs in the App Sandbox with no network access, no accounts and no analytics. It records no history, so there is nothing to browse or export.
MacMetra is written in Swift and SwiftUI, runs natively on Apple silicon and Intel, and requires macOS 14 or later. It is free to download with a 7-day free trial. After that, Full Unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
