Whisper Transcript

Whisper Transcript turns speech into text in any Mac app. Press a global shortcut, speak naturally, and the transcription is inserted at your cursor in notes, email, documents, chats, code, and other text fields. The app runs entirely on Apple silicon using on-device Apple Foundation Models, so audio and transcripts stay on your Mac and dictation works offline. It lives in the menu bar, supports configurable shortcuts, and includes Chinese, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, and Spanish. Requires macOS 26 or later.
