About No Mouse Mode
No Mouse Mode turns the keyboard into a mouse for navigating macOS without touching a trackpad. Type labels to click buttons, links, tabs and menus, or type a control’s name. Keyboard controls also support pointer movement, scrolling, double-clicking, dragging, right-clicking and switching between displays.
Designed for people who prefer keyboard-first control, it works across Mac apps, including games, canvases and remote desktops where labels may not work. It requires Accessibility access, supports Apple silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 14 Sonoma or later, and includes automatic updates with no account or tracking.
