About TrackEdge
TrackEdge turns the edges of a MacBook trackpad into controls. Slide along the right edge for volume, the left edge for display brightness, and the bottom edge for media playback. Double-tap either top corner to mute, open an app or website, press a keyboard shortcut, or run a Shortcuts action.
The native menu bar app is designed for MacBooks with Apple silicon and Force Touch trackpads running macOS 14 or later. It provides haptic feedback, keeps the pointer in place, ignores palms and normal gestures, and supports settings for edge width, sensitivity, modifiers and corner actions. Touches stay on the Mac, and the app works offline after activation.
