About Postquel
Postquel is a native PostgreSQL client for macOS for browsing and editing tables, exploring foreign keys, writing and timing queries, and saving frequently used SQL. Its assistant reads the real schema and can write read-only queries or propose changes for review, dry-running, and application.
The app uses Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor Agent accounts already installed and signed in on the Mac, without storing API keys. Built with SwiftUI and AppKit on libpq, it includes SSH tunnels, Keychain password storage, and a self-contained PostgreSQL client library.
